In-house, Total Oilfield has a complete staff of technicians, machinists and welders with experience, expertise and machinery to re-manufacture virtually any blowout preventer to satisfy the criteria of API 16A.
BOP repair services include material re-manufacture such as welding, chrome plating, buffing, polishing, stress relief and hardness testing. Machining capabilities include vertical and horizontal boring, milling, drilling, threading and all other related processes.
Disassembly, inspection, re-assembly and testing are also conducted with the same fastidious attention to detail.
To avoid surprises, Total Oilfield provides estimates prior to initiation of work as well as progress updates to keep customers apprised of estimated completion dates.
